The ESTAS team picked up an award of their own at the British Conveyancer Awards recently, in recognition of the support that their review solution provides to the wider property industry.
As one of the original cohort of proptechs in the UK, The ESTAS Group launched their fully-digitised Reviews solution in 2008. Specifically developed for the property industry, the review tech platform has been used by thousands of businesses in the sector ever since. Instantly creating branded digital content for websites and social media together with generating Google reviews, the consumer feedback gathered by the ESTAS Reviews solution also powers the annual ESTAS Customer Service Awards, also a part of The ESTAS Group which recognises property professionals from all disciplines who deliver exceptional customer service to their clients.
Winning the “Supporting the Industry” category, The ESTAS Group faced stiff competition from nTitle Ltd, Pexa and Moneypenny. Judges comments included:
- “An excellent platform which provides clarity and transparency.”
- “Great service to firms – service does genuinely matter, and encouraging rather than damning the profession is vital.”
- “Without a doubt the ESTAS has demonstrated the positive effect they have had on the property industry and improving service excellence. We should celebrate the success of businesses that bring together the collaboration of the conveyancing and estate agency putting the industry’s hard work at the forefront.”
