After the success of last year’s events, ESTAS are again revealing the shortlists for this year’s awards over a series of virtual programmes to be broadcast on each Friday in May starting this week.
ESTAS Commercial Director Ben Marley explained:
“We know how much it means to make it onto The ESTAS Shortlist each year. It’s the culmination of 12 months of hard work by property teams striving to deliver exceptional service to their clients and never has that been more important than over the last 2 years.
Last year, our virtual ‘reveals’ were eagerly anticipated and watched by 4,000 agents, conveyancers, brokers and suppliers so it only seemed natural to continue with the same format for 2022. It gives firms the chance to celebrate with their teams and use their ESTAS shortlist promo packs to promote their success as one of the top property firms in the UK over the summer months before the winners were announced in the Autumn.”
The four virtual events will be streamed on YouTube at 4pm each Friday in May.
ESTAS Virtual Shortlist Events schedule
Friday 6th May – Agency regional shortlists for East of England, East Midlands, London, North East, Northern Ireland, Scotland & Wales.
Friday 13th May – Agency regional shortlists for North West & South East.
Friday 20st May – Agency regional shortlists for South West, Southern, West Midlands & Yorkshire.

The ESTAS Customer Service Awards, sponsored by Coadjute, are powered by the ESTAS customer review platform which rates agents, conveyancers and mortgage brokers on the level of service they deliver through the home moving experience. ESTAS reviews are completed at the end of the transaction and verified to ensure they are genuine reviews. Suppliers are also reviewed by their own clients (agents, conveyancers and brokers).
