Double shortlisting success for SearchFlow at the UK Customer Experience Awards

SearchFlow, the UK’s leading conveyancing search solutions provider, is delighted to confirm it has been shortlisted for two categories in this year’s prestigious UK Customer Experience Awards (CXA). It is a finalist for the ‘Best Contact Centre Small – Customer Satisfaction’ category, in addition to the ‘Transforming the Customer Experience’ category.

SearchFlow has been recognised for how it works in consultation with clients to ensure they are accessing the right searches for their transactional needs. The nominations also focused on a recent programme to transform its contact centre operations to proactively support clients in today’s digital world.
