Coadjute announces new ESTAS award for agent, conveyancer & broker teams

Following the success of the first ESTAS Forum which was hosted in partnership with Coadjute, their CEO Dan Salmons has announced a new ESTAS award. The ESTAS “Working Together Better” Award will recognise collaboration between agents, conveyancers, and brokers around the UK.

During the ESTAS first virtual shortlist event last Friday, Dan said:

“At the forum earlier this year, the ESTAS brought together estate agents and conveyancers for a day of discussion about how we can work together better. I think it was a pivotal moment for the industry and we saw how people, processes and technology can all contribute to improving relationships and make the property transactions work better.

Coadjute is all about helping property professionals work better together. Our network supports your existing platforms making it easier than ever before to find, use and share information across the property industry.

With this in mind, I’m delighted to say that we’re going to be sponsoring a new award from next year called the ‘Working Together Better Award’ and it will celebrate those examples where the relationship really has worked across the industry and where collaboration has come to the fore.”

Agents, conveyancers, and brokers that work together can enter this new category to highlight their joint offering to clients. The award will be assessed by combining the customer service ratings achieved via the ESTAS customer review platform by each agent/broker/conveyancer team.

Ben Marley, Commercial Director of The ESTAS Group, said:

“With transaction times taking longer, this is a great way to promote the strength of your relationship with your agent, conveyancer or broker, and demonstrate how this can benefit clients through the very stressful process of the home move.”
