Introducing CLS’ new suite of Residential Contaminated Land Insurance
CLS are pleased to announce the release of a new suite of residential contaminated land insurance policies as of Monday 16th January 2017.
The new contaminated land insurance products start with a price tag of just £50.00 including Insurance Premium Tax (IPT), as well as the ability to extend the cover period for any new policy from 15 years to 25 years for as little as £10.00.
The full suite of residential contaminated land insurance policies also provide cover for future owners, lessees and mortgage lenders and if the option combinations are invalid for your client, CLS has expert, in-house legally qualified underwriters for the more bespoke policies.
In a unique alliance with environmental search provider Future Climate Info (FCI), CLS are offering extended 25 year policies with a high level of cover at competitive prices, providing greater peace of mind for FCI’s clients. Policies start from £50.00 for 25 years cover for those who have purchased a qualifying FCI environmental report for the same property, within the past six months.
Penny Andrews, CLS specialist in environmental property risk commented;
“We have completed an exciting revamp of our online contaminated land insurance policies for the residential market, covering a range of circumstances with affordable premiums and extended lengths of cover giving the ultimate peace of mind to the homeowner.”
So, with more transparency with the cost of premiums and the level of cover being quoted upfront, there is no doubt that this is an exciting opportunity to give enhanced and market leading contaminated land cover to clients.
