Tickets for the British Conveyancing Awards 2026, sponsored by Groundsure, have been launched today (Monday 1st December) with a special Cyber Monday discount. This week only (Monday 1st December to Friday 5th December 2025), if five tickets are booked for the awards, the sixth ticket is free (half table). If 10 tickets are booked, a further two are free (full table).
The British Conveyancing Awards 2026 will be hosted at Manchester Cathedral on 12th March 2026; the first time the awards have moved north since they launched. Organiser Today’s Media, the publisher of Today’s Conveyancer, has announced the host for the awards will be impressionist, comedian and actor Jon Culshaw.
6 seats for the price of 5 – £1,445 ex VAT (RRP: £1734 ex VAT)
12 seats for the price of 10 – £2,890 ex VAT (RRP: £3179 ex VAT)

Tickets include an optional £10 charity donation, which will go to The Conveyancing Foundation to be distributed to good causes.
Today is also the deadline for entry into the awards. Firms wishing to enter have until midnight to register up to three categories to enter. The final submission deadline is midnight on Monday 8th December. Standard Entry, which allows up to three category entries, is £169 +VAT. If just one category is entered the rate is £89 +VAT.
The independent judging panel, drawn from across the conveyancing and property sectors, scrutinise each entry to arrive at the shortlists and winners. The stringent criteria is designed to challenge firms to really think about how and why they should be recognised. A ‘top tips’ for a successful submission has also been published outlining the information and structure firms might consider to make their submission stand out.

Alongside returning favourites, each year a handful of new awards categories are introduced in order to capture the changing dynamic of the profession. This year sees the introduction of three brand new categories:
- Commercial Property Team of the Year
- Partner of the Year
- Property Commentator of the Year
