Conference topics will include, SRA compliance, particularly relating to the COLP and COFA and an examination of the new Part 3 of the CML Handbook, relating to Separate Representation.
A key agenda item will be the decision by HSBC to only allow the Countrywide panel of lawyers to represent HSBC in conveyancing transactions. Not only will the conference cover off the impact of this decision but also ways in which conveyancers can work together through The Bold Group to influence the future of the market.
Another major part of the conference will be to explain how The Bold Group plans to develop and grow in such a way that members can receive help, advice and practical assistance on the many issues now facing them for little or no cost. The Bold Group is also undergoing a gradual re-branding and as from today is to be known as the Bold Legal Group.
