Allison Bradbury appointed new Chair of CoPSO

The Council of Property Search Organisations (CoPSO) has announced Allison Bradbury will become their new Chair from 1st February 2025.

Previous Chair James Sherwood-Rogers stepped down at the end of September 2024 having led the organisation for 10 years. Allison joins having held senior positions at HM Land Registry over the last 35 years in Strategy, as a Product Manager, in Project Delivery and most recently as Head of Local Land Charges Implementation.

Bradbury will now help set the future strategy and objectives for CoPSO and take a ‘leading role’ with stakeholders, including the Home Buying and Selling Council (HBSC), the Land Registry Advisory Council (LRAC), the Digital Property Market Steering Group (DPMSG) and its sub-group focusing on the Digital Property Information Protocol (DPIP), say CoPSO.

“I am delighted to be appointed as Chair for CoPSO. With my experience across the market, central and local government I hope to bring a broad perspective to the future of CoPSO. I am looking forward to working with the Executive Committee and stakeholders to set a new strategy for the organisation.’

Said Bradbury.

“We are delighted to welcome Allison on board and look forward to collaborating with her as we strive to position CoPSO at the forefront of the industry. With her extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of the property information sector, she will undoubtedly contribute hugely to our efforts,”

added CoPSO Director Richie Bray.
