Sills and Betteridge choose Redbrick Practice Management to drive efficiency

Established law firm, Sills and Betteridge have selected Redbrick Practice Management to assist their conveyancing department in delivering a more efficient service.

Founded in 1759, Sills and Betteridge have grown to 9 offices across Lincolnshire and Nottingham.  They now have 264 partners and staff and provide a range of legal services to private and business clients nationally.

Sills and Betteridge believe in putting the client at the heart of everything they do.  Which is why choosing the right system to support their exceptional level of client care was essential.  Their incumbent system was preventing them from working in the most efficient manner they knew they were capable of, which led to them reviewing the market.

Having grown significantly over the last 10 years or so, Sills and Betteridge wanted a robust, yet scalable case management solution that would allow them to focus on providing the expert, impartial advice for which they are so well known, safe in the knowledge that administrative tasks had been simplified and compliance enhanced.

Following an in-depth selection process, Sills and Betteridge chose Redbrick Practice Management based largely on how easy it was to use and to customise.  Previously any required changes would have to be scoped, sent to the development team, costed and agreed.  This process was slow, laborious and expensive.  With Redbrick Practice Management, changes can be made internally in a fraction of the time and at no cost.

Also of benefit to Sills and Betteridge’s conveyancing team are the numerous integrations, such as SDLT, AML, Searches, Land Registry and Case Tracking.  They are now able to auto complete all required information throughout the process, without ever having to leave their case management system.  This is a far more efficient way of working and removes the risk of incorrectly rekeying information.
