The AI-powered tool reads the documents on a residential matter and drafts a concise freehold or leasehold report, with the conveyancer in control of the final version [SWINDON, 19th October 2026] Residential conveyancers can now produce a report on title in minutes, rather than the hours it can take by hand.
tmGroup has today launched tmReports, an AI-powered tool that reads the documents related to a matter and drafts a concise, structured freehold or leasehold report on title, ready for the conveyancer to finalise and approve.
Report on title is part of every residential purchase, and the hours spent drafting it come straight out of capacity. tmReports gives that time back, so fee earners can spend more of their time advising clients on the transaction, while retaining full control over the report on title.
Built around how conveyancers report on title
tmReports doesn’t rely on fixed rules, so it can read and understand the documents on a matter however they’re presented, including title documents and property search reports. Once the draft is ready, conveyancers can:
- check where each point came from, using interactive links back to the source documents
- ask a built-in AI assistant questions of the documents and add the answers to the report
- choose which sections and issues go into the final report
- edit directly in tmReports, or export the report to Word if they prefer
The result is a concise but complete report that’s easier for clients to take in, while remaining a full legal report that reflects the conveyancer’s expertise.
Completing the tmGroup journey
tmReports opens directly from the case in tmConvey, so there’s no extra login for the firms already ordering their searches through tmGroup. With its launch, tmGroup now supports every stage of a residential transaction, from winning the instruction with tmQuote and onboarding clients with tmVerify, through searches and pre-exchange, to SDLT and AP1 submissions after completion.
Matthew Green, CEO, tmGroup said: “Residential teams don’t need more work. They need more time for the work they already have. tmReports takes on the reading and the first draft of the report on title, so conveyancers can spend their time advising clients, while keeping full control of what goes into the final report. We’re particularly proud of this offering because it completes the tmGroup journey for our residential customers: whatever stage of a transaction they’re at, we’re here to support them.”

tmReports is available now to tmConvey customers, with no contract or minimum commitment.
