Conveyancing Foundation spotlights workplace wellbeing for World Mental Health Day

A conveyancing charity is marking World Mental Health Day by spotlighting resources which encourage businesses to prioritise workplace wellbeing and continue the conversation around mental health.

Conveyancing Foundation has released two new videos “exploring different aspects of workplace wellbeing”.

Janine Wellington, co-chair of the Conveyancing Foundation and managing director of Convey Law has shared Convey Law’s mission video, encouraging viewers to “reflect on the culture they are creating within their own workplaces” and “consider the positive impact that a clear purpose, shared values and a supportive environment can have on their teams”.

The second video features James French, chief revenue officer at tmGroup, speaking on simple techniques to help conveyancers navigate workplace pressures, protect their wellbeing and develop healthier habits.

As well as the videos, the Foundation has launched a Workplace Wellbeing Excellence Survey accessible to all professionals across the property sector.

Everyone who completes the survey will be entered into a prize draw to win £500 cash, a luxury one-night spa break for two, or a Fortnum & Mason hamper.

Spotlighting other resources to honour World Mental Health Day, the Foundation has highlighted the Mental Health Champion Course delivered by PMAC and in partnership with Today’s Media.

Led by mental health trainer Sharron Moffat, the course aims to give property professionals “practical skills and confidence to recognise signs of mental health difficulties, start conversations and offer support within the workplace”.

The next course takes place on 17th November 2026. Spaces can be booked via the Conveyancing Foundation website.

Alongside this, there is a Great Wellbeing Quiz-Off hosted by Bricks and Banter on 21 October at 12.30pm to test conveyancers on their knowledge of wellbeing.

The 30-minute quiz “brings the property community together” and there is the added bonus of a Cadbury deluxe chocolate and sweet hamper up for grabs for the winning person or team, courtesy of The Conveyancing Awards 2027 & Conference.
