Women in Residential Property’s (WIRP) wellbeing series is set to continue next week with a webinar on bereavement.
The series kicked off with a session on menopause, hosted by Nicola Green, The Nicola Green Consultancy who returned by popular demand.
Session 2 was hosted by mental health specialist Sally Desborough – Mental Health Awareness who discussed how to achieve high performance without burning out.
There will be eleven events in the series which will culminate in an in-person event at Moneypenny’s headquarters in Wrexham.
Speaking at the next session is Anne Wadey. Anne has over thirty years’ experience of bereavement counselling and will be addressing multiple aspects from the practicalities of managing the death of a loved one through to what we can do to support friends and colleagues through their own grieving process.
The webinar is at 12pm on Thursday 16th March and will last 90 minutes and tickets are now available to book.
Emma Vigus, Chair, Women in Residential Property said:
“Running a series of events allows us to address many aspects of wellbeing, acknowledging that it’s rarely one thing in isolation that results in our wellbeing suffering. I don’t think I’m alone in feeling as if I’ve lurched from one challenge to another in the last three years which has resulted in most aspects of my wellbeing taking a back seat. I know I should focus more on self-management, but I rarely have the opportunity. Registering for this series will allow attendees to start 2023 by making a positive commitment to looking after themselves.”
