Windsor-based firm expands with acquisition

Windsor-based Charles Coleman has acquired acquires local firm Seakens Solicitors and expanded it’s operations into Virginia Water. The combined business will operate under the Charles Coleman LLP Solicitors name with the Virginia Water office being re-branded. 

Commenting on the acquisition, Charles Coleman LLP Solicitor’s Managing Partner Nathan Kapoor, said

“The development of our Windsor and a Virginia Water office is a key part of our strategic plan. This acquisition enables us to increase the breadth and depth of our client offering and we look forward to meeting clients of Seakens and assisting with their future legal needs.”

Ken Seakens, the founder of Seakens Solicitors, will remain available as a non-practising consultant to Charles Coleman to assist in the transition until his retirement. All other members of Seakens staff will join the Charles Coleman team.

Ken Seakens added

“I have known and trusted my successor firm Charles Coleman Solicitors for many years and have no doubt that they will provide services to clients as they have received from me. It has been a pleasure and a privilege to act for so many clients over so many years backed by such efficient and loyal staff members, and I am grateful for the trust and friendship given.”

Charles Coleman has provided legal services to individuals for over 70 years and has approx 30 staff.
