Webinar with PEXA: Reimagining housing completions

In Australia, upwards of 85% of the country’s property transactions are completed digitally. This means that the experiences of lenders and firms down under who are finalising the “back half” of remortgages and completions are not decoupled. It also means that activities relating to preparing applications for registration are orchestrated together with the movement of funds directly via the central bank…and ultimately, more certainty for consumers.

While we’ve been working with industry in Australia for over ten years now, it’s only been in the last couple of years we’ve set down roots in the UK. We’ve built brand new technology for the UK, worked with the Bank of England to deliver the newest payments scheme the country has seen since Faster Payments in 2008, are expanding our network of lenders and firms, and growing our local team.

September saw the launch of our digital remortgage solution in England and Wales, and we’ve got so much more to come. If you’re interested in knowing more, we invite you to join us at 12pm on 1 December where we’ll share our plans for the UK, and provide a walkthrough of the remortgage experience.
