Webinar: Diversification of agricultural land with Landmark Information Group

Thursday 19th March, 11.00am – 12.00 noon

This session is led by Jake Hawkey, environmental expert at Landmark, and Geodesys key account manager Kay Toon. It will take a deeper look into the unique set of challenges posed during the diversification of agricultural land. It will provide an overview of the recent upturn in diversification trends of agricultural land and what’s driving these as land owners look to maximise land potential.

To support diversification transactions we will do a deeper dive into three reports that will help forewarn your client of potential constraints before they even materialise:

  • SiteSolutions Farm (Environmental) – Getting early insight of planning requirements for key hazards such as contaminated land and flood.
  • Landmark Utilities – Plan with confidence; comprehensive, reliable and compliant underground asset identification you can trust.
  • SiteSolutions highways – Development planning; access, servicing, adoption and maintenance.
