VMC claim that by offering shared visibility of key milestones, MoveMe is ‘expected to alleviate stress and anxiety for home sellers and buyers, while also easing the pressure on overburdened conveyancing teams’.

MoveMe’s dashboard presents a visual representation of the entire chain- highlighting the status of each property involved. Users can see the status of key milestones, such as searches ordered and mortgage applications. This acts to ensure users they are kept informed about the progress of their transaction. In addition, consumers can view progress information of the property adjacent to their own in the chain.
A client’s MoveMe subscription will give their conveyancer and estate agent access to a similar dashboard, but with enhanced data and updates specific to each stage of the progression journey.
