Two new offices get 2016 off to a flying start as PSG gears up for a year of exciting developments and growth

2016 looks set to be another exciting year for market leading conveyancing search provider PSG as they expand their extensive network to provide even more support to the legal community in England and Wales.

The two new offices opened for business on the 4th January and will further enhance the service PSG already provides to conveyancers in the West Midlands and East Dorset. The new teams bring the total number of offices up to an impressive 49, more than any other search company.

Dean Methley, Director of the new PSG office based in Bournemouth brings a wealth of customer service experience as a successful business operator. Dean’s attention to detail and in depth knowledge of the area fit perfectly with the PSG ethos of local customer service, he says: “I am very excited to join PSG.  The PSG Brighton office has done an excellent job in supporting solicitors in East Dorset and Ringwood, however, by having a locally based office it means that we can offer an even better service to our clients with a PSG office directly available on their doorstep.”

The new West Midlands office is run by Sarah Tunnadine, an experienced client relationship manager, who along with her colleagues Philip Dunn and Luciano Borba, already enjoy strong relationships with many property professionals across the region. The office, based in Wolverhampton, will serve customers from all over the West Midlands and will further strengthen the PSG offering to local solicitors.

PSG is already involved in 1 in 5 residential and 1 in 10 commercial transactions. The opening of the new offices is the first in a series of major announcements from PSG for 2016, to support their continued expansion.

Richard Dawson, Managing Director of PSG said: “We continue to invest in people and innovative technology to bring our customers the very best support that our industry can offer. We’ve done our research and listened to what conveyancing solicitors want from a search partner. Opening these two new offices and allowing even more conveyancers to benefit from our services is just the first of a rolling programme of exciting initiatives we have planned for this year.”
