Derby-based Sort Legal has been awarded the Silver Award for the East Midlands in the Conveyancers category at the coveted ESTAS Customer Service Awards 2023, the most prestigious awards in the UK residential property industry.
The company, whose head office is in Derby and has a second office in Cardiff, beat 28 other finalists to win the award, It was presented by TV property expert Phil Spencer at an awards event, held at the Grosvenor House in London in front of more than 1,000 of the UK’s top property professionals.
The awards, which are sponsored by Coadjute, celebrate excellence and innovation throughout the conveyancing field and celebrated their 20th birthday this year. They power The ESTAS’ own customer review platform which recognises the best conveyancers for customer service based on ratings from clients who have been through the whole moving experience with an agent. This year’s results were calculated from over 300,000 customer review ratings.
Sort Legal’s conveyancing team were also recognised with a Silver: Best in Postcode award for its customer service ratings.
Phil Spencer, who has hosted The ESTAS every year since their inception in 2004 addressed the live audience and said:
“Everyone shortlisted here today has attained the ESTAS Standard of Excellence which is based purely on service ratings from customers at the end of the moving experience, giving a highly accurate overview of the standard of service that has been delivered to the end client.
