After the announcement last week of the death of Sarah Edmundson, tributes have flooded in from across the sector for the property industry advocate and driving force behind the Agents Together charity who lost her battle with breast cancer aged 38.
An ongoing fundraising campaign for Breast Cancer Now, prominent at the recent ESTAS Awards, is targeting raising £50,000. Through the generosity of attendees at the ESTAS Awards evening and the support of the Conveyancing Foundation Charity Lotto, a remarkable £10,000 has been raised so far…. and the Conveyancing Foundation wishes to raise the profile of this initiative and encourage donations.
Sarah was awarded a Lifetime Achievement Award at the ESTAS last year when it was hoped that she had beaten this terrible disease and joined via Facetime on the night to raise awareness of the fundraising efforts.
Founder and CEO of the ESTAS and a recently appointed Conveyancing Foundation Ambassador, Simon Brown led the charity fundraising efforts at the event which was held as always at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London and presented by property legend Phil Spencer, and was the largest yet with over 940 guests celebrating hard work, dedication, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service within the property industry.
Sarah and Agents Together assisted the Conveyancing Foundation with our “Be Kind We Care” initiatives over many years and our thoughts and heartfelt condolences are with Sarah’s family and friends at this impossible time. Sarah was an incredible Ambassadress of life and a driving force behind so much positive work in the property industry.
Thank you for being you Sarah xx
