Teal Compliance have appointed managing director, Emma Dimbylow. Working closely with founder and CEO, Amy Bell, Emma will take the business forward as they grow.
Teal Compliance is coming up for its 5th year and has become one of the largest legal compliance consultancies in the UK.
Emma has been with the business since 2021 having had several senior roles within legal services business. She joined Teal, and previously was the lead on the company’s Data Protection specialism.

Emma’s appointment comes at the beginning of an exciting phase for the company.
Teal Compliance are soon to launch their Compliance Platform, providing small and medium sized firms their own compliance intranet, with a policy library, training needs analysis, incident management processes and file reviewing modules. The platform is cloud based and can be accessed by any web browser, allowing managers to manage their compliance process in one place.
