June saw a fall in asking prices for the first time this year.

Recent data has shown that seller’s asking prices reached a record peak in April with sales agreed reaching their highest point since 2007.
Lowest asking price growth since 2013
According to a recent report, the growth in house prices has fallen to its lowest rate since 2013 due to warnings against overpricing.
