Supplier Review Service and Directory Launched

Conveyancer Insights have launched a directory. They specialise in providing mystery shopper reports to law firms that are trying to improve their new business and first client contact processes. 

Mike Stainsby, Commercial Director at Conveyancer Insights, said:

“Currently there isn’t a central source of suppliers to our industry, and it seems clear that there is a bewildering choice available to conveyancers we want to create a ‘go-to’ directory and offer suppliers the opportunity to give in depth interviews and demonstrations of their products and services and be reviewed by their users all in one place,

Our mystery shopper services inevitably unearth systemic problems at law firms. A directory is the logical next step to guide firms towards class leading suppliers that could help them improve their service to win more business. There are dozens of suppliers to our industry, but which ones are just OK, and which are truly fantastic?”

Conveyancer Insights are now building a supplier database and review service and are currently inviting submissions from industry providers in the following areas:

  • New business engagement
  • Case allocation & complexity
  • Case management
  • ID/AML & client funds
  • Marketing & post completion solutions
  • Business development & training
