Stewart Title Celebrates a Busy Month Working Alongside Conveyancers

March was an especially hectic month for the property industry with firms charging forward to complete transactions before the SDLT deadline on 1 April.

As a result, the volume of transactions processed through our online ordering platform, Stewart Solution,  reached near record levels last month, with many new and existing clients taking advantage of the easy 3-step ordering process.

“Our main goal with Stewart Solution has always been to make ordering legal indemnities as straightforward and intuitive as possible. This allows hard working lawyers to get on with achieving the best outcomes for their clients,”

said Stephen Smith, Stewart Title’s UK Country Manager.

“We take great pride that so many firms trust our platform to provide speedy and safe solutions to their title problems.”

As client expectations for quick completions remain, we will continue to work with and support property lawyers whenever possible. In addition to our online platform, the Underwriting Team at Stewart Title has grown to maintain efficient support for bespoke enquiries.

We look forward to announcing new appointments to the team throughout this year.
