SRA Survey: is legal technology appropriate for the general public?

The Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) would like to understand your views on the acceptability of legal technology (lawtech) for the general public in its latest survey.

This survey is aimed at lawyers who work directly for individual clients and SMEs, and is being conducted in parallel with a survey aimed at consumers. It is being conducted on behalf of the Legal Services Board and the SRA.

The survey should take around 10 minutes and is your opportunity to help regulators to understand how your clients view the use of technology in the delivery of legal services and how the SRA can support you.

Please feel free to respond openly. All responses will remain anonymous and will not be linked to you or your firm. The findings will be reported at the aggregate level only.

Please answer all the questions on behalf of your firm or organisation.
