The SRA has on 12th March issued an alert over the email address info@pierceconsult.com and website www.pierceconsult.com which purport to relate to ‘Morgan Pierce Solicitors.
The SRA do not regulate or authorise a firm with the name ‘Morgan Pierce Solicitors’, and warn that any transactions involving a firm of this name, or the contact details given above should be reported to the police. The SRA can also be notified at redalert@sra.org.uk.
The website www.pierceconsult.com appears to have been copied from the website of a genuine firm of solicitors, Brian Harris & Co. Brian Harris & Co practices from 1 Marylebone High Street, London, W1U 4LZ and their genuine website is at www.brianharrislaw.com.
