The SRA has on 7th March issued an alert over correspondence purporting to have been sent from Yousaf Amin at the address 6-8 Hallfield Road, Bradford, West Yorkshire, BD1 3RO. The correspondence also gives a telephone number of 01274 720642. These details purport to be linked to a firm ‘Best Choice Legal Services’.
The SRA states that it does not authorise or regulate a firm with the name Best Choice Legal Services, or any individual named Yousaf Amin.
The SRA warns that any transactions involving these details should be reported to the police, especially if it involves the transfer of money. The SRA can also be notified at redalert@sra.org.uk or by telephoning 0845 8500999.
