SRA interventions fall

Over the last year the number of interventions the SRA has undertaken has fallen by 25%, compared to the previous year.

According to the SRA’s quarterly performance report 38 firms were closed in the year to June 2013.

Dishonesty was listed as grounds for intervention in an increased number of cases. 32% of interventions in the last 12 months attributed dishonesty as one of the grounds for intervention, compared to 25% in the 12 months prior.
