This award recognises an exceptional individual who has shown a high level of involvement and development within the sector or area of practice. We classify young practitioners as being under 30 years old and regulated by the SRA, CLC or CILEx.
Conveyancing Customer Service Champion
We know that you are all champions in your own right. Who stands out for delivering exceptional customer service despite the challenges of 2020/2021?
Business Development Professional of the Year
Conveyancing firms have needed help, practical support and empathy during this unprecedented and busy period. Who within the legal supplier industry has risen to the challenge and delivered exceptional service and support to enable firms to continue trading and delivering client services?
“Risen to the Challenge” Legal Secretary of the Year Award
Legal secretaries often sit behind the scenes and do not get the recognition they deserve for the crucial support they give to colleagues and customers. We want to shine a light by finding the champions who smooth the inner workings of a conveyancing practice make the home moving process happen for so many clients.
Conveyancing Practitioner of the Year Award
Working from home and without colleagues has taken away one of the best channels of learning which is talking to senior colleagues over the desk and asking for help. Here we are looking for someone who has been on a journey of self-development and significantly grown as a result, making them more valuable to the business and their clients.
Best Panel Manager of the Year Award
Both at times of drought, and when volumes of conveyancing enquiries are high, the quality of relationships with panel managers and the efficiency of their processes are critical to law firms running their businesses. This category recognises the panel management business that can demonstrate their support for their panel firms and the wider industry over the last 12 months.
New Business Champion of the Year Award
Conveyancing firms receive instructions from a variety of sources, panels, estate agents, mortgage brokers, builders and housing associations as well as direct from consumer. This individual should demonstrate an excellent conversion rate against target whilst intelligently managing the expectations and needs of their introducers balanced with the pressure on those delivering the conveyancing work.
