SLC Welcomes re‐opening of Nationwide’s Conveyancing Panel

Nationwide Panel opens to applications from law firms from Monday 20th April.

The Society of Licensed Conveyancers (SLC) today warmly welcomed the news that the Nationwide Building Society has opened its Conveyancing Panel to new applications from law firms. Nationwide’s Panel which had been closed for an extended period, has implemented new processes which enable it to admit additional firms to the Panel in line with its inclusive policy.

Simon Law, Chairman of SLC said, “We are delighted with today’s news that our members can apply to join the Nationwide’s Panel without any prequalifying criteria being applied for Licensed Conveyancers.”

Andrew Baddeley‐Chappell, Head of Policy & Governance (Mortgages & Savings) at Nationwide said, “Following the re‐opening of our Conveyancing Panel to new applicants, Nationwide looks forward to welcoming new applications.”
