SLC confirms support for Customer Service Awards

The Society of Licensed Conveyancers has announced their continued support for The ESTAS Conveyancer Awards which had their inaugural event in October this year. The awards are unique as winners are based purely on ratings collated via The ESTAS client feedback platform used by the firms taking part. The ESTAS Group already runs the largest national customer service awards for estate & letting agents.

Customers are asked to complete the online survey after completion giving conveyancers accurate and valuable feedback from their clients, as Simon Brown the Founder of The ESTAS Group explains “our feedback platform provides firms with a simple tool to measure levels of service and generate valuable client testimonials.”

“We live in a world where customer reviews are becoming increasingly important in the consumer decision making process. We now recognise estate & letting agents, mortgage advisors and conveyancers so The ESTAS provides a kite mark for excellent service for any property professional involved in the house moving process. There’s no other marketing tool more powerful than personal recommendation so the ESTAS effectively provides firms with what we like to call ‘digital word of mouth’.”

The SLC, which supported the first year of the award scheme, has confirmed it will continue its endorsement. Simon Law, Chairman of SLC said ‘The SLC is pleased to be partnering with The ESTAS Conveyancer Awards which are based on client feedback, and there is no greater arbiter of quality than the client. The Society believes that its members provide a service that is essentially client focused as they are engaged only in the provision of conveyancing. As specialist property lawyers they can keep fully abreast of all legal, technical and system developments and by the provision of the Society’s Guides keep their clients well informed about the process. We look forward to seeing a lot of Licensed Conveyancers in the ‘winners circle’ at the Awards Dinner.”

Brown added “We’re absolutely delighted to have the continued support of the SLC, it’s another endorsement which confirms to us that conveyancers are ready for these customer focused awards and the SLC can see the benefits for their members.”

Entry to the competition is now open and there are categories for single branch firms, regional groups, national firms and also suppliers to the sector. Benefits to conveyancers start as soon as they register with a range of marketing tools including a service themed social media campaign and customer feedback reports. The 2nd annual ESTAS awards ceremony will take place on Friday 19th October 2018 at the Grosvenor House, Park Lane in London. The event will be hosted by The ESTAS brand ambassador Phil Spencer. The awards will once again be sponsored by SearchFlow the market leading provider of conveyancing search solutions in the UK.

Spencer, the UK’s best loved TV Property Expert said “Taking part in the ESTAS sets firms apart from their competitors. It sends a clear message that they are passionate about customer service, prepared to go that extra mile for their clients and keen to listen to feedback. The ESTAS help firms to focus on service levels and raise standards across the property sector that we all work in.”
