SLC and BLG Roadshows almost fully booked

With the Bold Legal Group as co-host, PSG and Legally Better as sponsors and Groundsure providing refreshments, places are filling up faster than ever before. The two conveyancing CPD events are to be held at the De Vere Hotel in Woking on 4th June and the Mercure Piccadilly Hotel in Manchester on 2nd July and will run from 2pm to 6pm.

The agenda is extremely interesting and will cover a wide range of very topical subjects. Justin Parkinson from Decision First will present on the new lender exchange system and Nick Larkins from Lloyds will talk about their approach to panel management. Following the deluge encountered earlier in the year,

there will be a presentation on flood risks and how to best advise clients purchasing in areas prone to flooding. The CLC will present on the latest in the world of conveyancer regulation and will of course be available to answer questions. The SLC have also found that many members and colleagues have not done anything about workplace pensions yet, but this legislation will effect everyone – even sole practitioners. There will be a presentation on this subject and guidance on how to move forward.

By bringing the resources and membership of both organisations together the SLC and the BLG can ensure these events address the issues which are important to the wider conveyancing community and listen to the issues that are concerning them and what they may need or want help with.
