Slater and Gordon join ReviewSolicitors as part of its review management

Slater and Gordon has joined ReviewSolicitors to collect and showcase client reviews as part of its review management process.

The move is part of the company’s strategy to improve transparency and trust among clients. “We are delighted to be working with ReviewSolicitors as we continue our commitment to providing the highest standards of client care,” said Madelene Holdsworth, Managing Director of Specialist Legal Services at Slater and Gordon, continuing:

“Online reviews are an important part of this commitment to client care, and we believe that by collecting trusted and verified reviews using ReviewSolicitors, we can ensure that our clients have access to accurate, up-to-date information about our firm and our services.

Very often clients looking for legal advice via review solicitors tend to be looking for specialist services, such as family or employment law. I’m very much hoping that as well as leaving valuable feedback, this will help people find a solicitor and also generate leads for new work.”

Slater and Gordon joins other Top 200 firms such as Geldards, Vardags, Stephensons, and RWK Goodman who also began their review collection journey with ReviewSolicitors in September 2022.

With the SRA set to announce the outcome of its recent pilot scheme for reviews, major reputable firms are getting in front of the curve by publicly collecting client feedback.

ReviewSolicitors is a review platform that helps law firms collect, respond to, and publish online reviews. The platform is built for solicitors and provides a secure platform for client reviews. With over 2,500 law firms across England and Wales signed up to ReviewSolicitors, more and more law firms are seeing the importance of managing their law firms’ online profile.

“We’re really pleased to have been chosen by Slater and Gordon as their partner in online review management,” said Michael Hanney, CEO of ReviewSolicitors.

“ReviewSolicitors continues to provide greater access to legal services through reviews and transparency. The market has changed over the last 24 months and clients are looking for more information about a law firm’s services at the early stage of their client journey.

The Legal Services Board and SRA have confirmed that reviews play a key role in helping establish a law firm’s credibility and reputation. Slater and Gordon recognise this and we are excited to work with them over the coming years to help the firm get the most out of online reviews; helping them build on their already impressive reputation.”

  1. Not sure why this is in the Todays Conveyancer, Slater and Gordon closed the property department down in 2022!
