Simply Conveyancing appoints Ed Percival as Head of Compliance

Simply Conveyancing has announced the appointment of Ed Percival as the new Head of Quality & Compliance.

The firm describes Ed to have an impressive background in compliance, quality, and risk management. He is also a Licensed Conveyancer and has previously served as a professional member of a disciplinary panel for a legal regulator, with 20 years of industry experience.

Prior to joining Simply Conveyancing, Ed held a prominent position at a larger competitor, where he made “significant contributions” to the field. “His expertise in conveyancing processes, compliance regulations, and maintaining high-quality standards has earned him a stellar reputation in the industry,” said the firm.

The firm added that Ed’s appointment marks an exciting phase for Simply Conveyancing as the company continues to expand its operations, building upon the “strong foundation” established by Sue Bence, Chief Legal Officer, who joined the company last year.

Sue said:

“Ed is already making a significant impact right across our business, his understanding of the environment, pressures and opportunities means he has been able to jump straight in with sleeves rolled up and support our continuous drive to achieve the highest level of quality and compliance assurance across all areas.”

Ed Percival stated:

“I am absolutely delighted to be part of the Simply team at this pivotal moment. The company is experiencing substantial growth, and I look forward to contributing to its success by further enhancing our quality standards and ensuring compliance with our regulatory responsibilities.”
