Simplify Increase Scale Of Business Through Office Move

Following the amalgamation of My Home Move and Simplify Group, the business has solidified itself as the leading provider of mover conveyancing services in the North East by increasing the size of their Northern offices.

Yesterday, Simplify announced that their Newcastle offices have moved from their substantial offices to a larger premises that will allow for even greater expansion opportunities.

Simplify is aiming to increase the 800 experienced and trainee legal professionals that currently work for the company across five locations; the relocation from Milburn House to Blackfriars in Newcastle highlights their intention of capturing more of the North East’s conveyancing market.

Simplify have claimed that the business will continue to invest in service, technology and aims to further increase the scale of the business over the next few years.

Despite difficult market conditions, in February, the UK’s two leading conveyancing groups – My Home Move and The Simplify Group –  announced that they were combining to create a conveyancing powerhouse which will be the standout market leader. The combined organisation, is now benefiting from the complementary strengths of the two groups, building on the services they provide to their customers and partners.

Simplify, now consists of four regulated property law firms: Advantage Property Lawyers, DC Law, JS Law and Premier Property Lawyers; the leading conveyancing panel management and property specialist Move with Us and My Home Move (which between them processed or panelled 130,000 conveyancing completions in 2018) along with the QualitySolicitors brand and marketing network.

The My Home Move and Simplify Group businesses have grown strongly over the past three years, despite the challenging property market. The newly created Simplify is building on the significant technology investments in both businesses in recent years, enabling end customers, partner introducers and panel conveyancing firms across the group to benefit from enhanced levels of service and visibility of their property transactions.

Will this latest move enable Simplify to increase their share of the conveyancing sector in the North East of England?
