The shortlist for the upcoming British Conveyancing Awards, sponsored by Groundsure, will come out all this week as the countdown begins to the 4th edition of the prestigious event. At 9am every day this week a number of the category shortlists will be revealed with the full list published on Friday 2nd February.
Launched in 2020, the British Conveyancing Awards set out to recognise the incredible work of conveyancers up and down the country battling the restrictions of the COVID-19 pandemic, working from home, home schooling and a soaring property market fuelled by the stamp duty holiday. The awards, which were held wholly virtually, introduced never-before-seen categories including “Mental Health and Wellbeing Conveyancing Firm of the Year”, “‘Risen to the Challenge’ Legal Secretary” and “Collaborator Champion” alongside the more traditional awards categories.
In the years since, the categories are continually refined to reflect the changing landscape of conveyancing and legal services, and recognise firms who are adapting and changing with it. In 2024, across 22 categories, conveyancers will be recognised for “Best Place to Work”, “Technology Enabler”, “Start-Up Service Provider of the Year” amongst others.
Tickets for the in-person ceremony are now available with demand expected to be high after the sell out event last year.
