Thanks to responses to the previous Lender’s survey, the Lender’s roundtables have made some real inroads into improving the post offer query process and general responses from lenders.
The Lender Survey will only take five minutes to complete and it is vitally important that we gather enough responses to provide credible data to the lenders and their regulators. The deadline for completion of the survey is 3rd February 2017.
