The exciting news is that Lisa Summerton has joined our team as Sales and Marketing Director.
Lisa’s previous experience includes all sales and product functions within the property industry and implementing new initiatives into companies and the market place.
Lisa has a strong track record in sales management and business development within the legal sector and property market. Initially her experience was as a conveyancer at Blythe Liggins, a top Warwickshire law firm. She then worked with service providers within the conveyancing industry as well as for law firms heading up their sales divisions.
Lisa joined Easier2Move as an account manager. Easier2Move offered conveyancing and ancillary products to the property market via a panel of hand selected solicitors and service providers. Lisa had much success and was first promoted to business development manager and then to regional sales director where she managed the sales team of the south. One of Lisa’s greatest achievements was launching a new and innovative product into Easier2Move during the recession which increased their market share by 2%.
From there Lisa moved to Conveyancing Network. Conveyancing Network offered legal and ancillary products to the general property market namely, conveyancing, EPC’s, floor plans, estate agency brochures and other industry related products and services.
In Lisa’s own words, ‘I like to think I am an ideas person and naturally look for and embrace new business opportunities. I hope that I will be increasing business nationally for Searches UK and my long term goal is to employ more business development managers across the country.
Generally my experience includes all sales and product functions within the property industry and implementing new initiatives into companies and the market place I work within.
I truly believe that my legal knowledge and practical experience as a conveyancer will be a great asset to gain understanding and insight with regards to the needs of solicitors and conveyancers, ultimately ensuring that we always offer a complete range of services to them’.
