Searches UK welcome and introduce new members of its rapidly expanding team

Searches UK, one of the leading providers of searches to UK conveyancing practitioners, is pleased to welcome three new members to its team — Kerensa Romero-McMahon, Melanie Zgardzinski and Natalie Shelley.
Kerensa, an original New Yorker, has over 5 years of legal experience and brings a wealth of knowledge to the Orders team. Having dealt with busy caseloads in the past she is equipped to deal with the high volume of orders coming into the business.
Assisting the Managing Director is PA Melanie, who has a Bachelor’s degree and experience in Marketing. She will provide general support to Andrew as well as updating marketing material, organising events and meetings, and reviewing Company Policies.
Natalie’s professional background is in Specialist Recruitment, where she was responsible for quality control and data updates. Her skills and experience adapt easily to the Returns team and she will no doubt be in touch with you to return your searches.
Andrew Stenning, Managing Director of Searches UK, said “We are delighted to welcome Kerensa, Melanie and Natalie to our team — they all possess the high qualities we look for when taking on new staff and believe they will contribute enormously to the continuing success of our business.
“Our reputation for quality and service, coupled with an improvement in the housing market generally, has led to a significant increase in the number of orders being placed with us and, with Kerensa, Melanie & Natalie joining the Searches UK team, we look forward to providing new and existing clients with the same excellent service levels that they have come to expect from us.”
