Residential Property Forums for lawyers 2024

Throughout 2023, Stewart Title ran a very successful series of Residential Property Forums for lawyers.

Stephen Smith, Country Manager for Stewart Title’s UK Operations, said:

“When we ran our first Residential Property Forum, we didn’t know what type of market response we would receive.

From the start we realised that conveyancers appreciated the chance to discuss some of the challenges they face and benefit from the knowledge and experience exchanged with their peers.”

Building on this, Stewart Title is hosting the first Forum of 2024 on Thursday 18 January from 12:30pm to 1:30pm.

In the January Forum, Stewarts will be joined by renowned property expert Ian Quayle to discuss some of the issues you face.

To get things started, Ian will be looking at some recent issues, but the aim of the forum is to give you the opportunity to share problems, solutions and ideas with other lawyers to hopefully make life easier! We will also be joined by other specialists to see how they can help you and your clients.

We invite you to submit topics for discussion in the leadup to each event and all suggestions are welcome. Please submit your discussion topics by email to robert.kelly@stewart.com.

Whilst there will not be a fixed agenda, we will circulate details of some of the topics to be discussed before the event.

To allow everyone to enter into a free-flowing discussion on key issues, new cases, new processes, best practices, and the sharing of knowledge and experience, we are limiting numbers.

Over 100 lawyers have already registered for the Forum, and anyone wanting to benefit from the discussion can book their place here.

The Forum will be recorded and everyone who registers will get a recording afterwards.
