A Leicestershire based property law firm has recently appointed a new Operations Director.
Specialists in residential conveyancing, JS Law is pleased to welcome Dawn Tew to the team, who will lead the operational growth and business re-engineering strategy.
As well as her strong background in operations and senior legal service roles, Dawn brings over three decades of conveyancing experience to the new position, having worked at high profile businesses including MyHomeMove, and Shakespeare Martineau.
As well as continually building awareness of the wider legal sector throughout the course of her career, specialising in the property industry from the start has enabled Dawn to develop an extensive and in-depth understanding of the conveyancing market. Dawn also has a high level of expertise in helping firms progress, having successfully developed systems, processes and people at multiple levels.
Dawn’s achievements to date have been underpinned by her ability to forge mutually positive client and customer relationships, forming a strong foundation for developing plans which work in the best interests of all parties.
Paired with her proven track record in delivering practical solutions and core business direction skills, Dawn is well placed to take on the new role, a sentiment expressed by Kevin Smith, Managing Director at JS Law.
