Property Conveyancing Consultancy now CPD approved

Post-completion specialist training provider Property Conveyancing Consultancy (PCC) is now an approved CPD provider.

Five of the provider’s courses are already approved, and the company says it will continue to add to its CPD-approved training.

“After a lot of hard work, determination and drive to push our one narrative; that post-completion is a vital part of the conveyancing process that requires as much skill as any other part of the conveyancing transaction, we are now proud to announce that PCC is an approved CPD provider,” Priscilla Sinder and Maria Hardy of PCC said.

“We appreciate that CPD accreditation is no longer a requirement to satisfy some regulators however we are still of the belief that enhanced education is one of the best ways to implement best practice in post-completion.

“Our courses are based against the backdrop of HM Land Registry practice guides but also our own experiences and knowledge to create extremely practical and relevant post-completion courses backed by statute.”

CPD accredited courses are:

  • Adverse Possession of Registered Land
  • Adverse Possession of Unregistered Land and Registered Land Where a Right to be Registered Was Acquired Before 13/10/2003
  • Avoiding Avoidable Requisitions
  • Notices
  • Restrictions

“It is the nuances of post-completion that makes a difference,” Sinder said.

“Having a combined management team of over 75 years that focuses solely on post-completion allows the industry to take advantage of our management team, from education to risk and compliance to a simple health check of your post-completion department to a fully managed post-completion team through outsourcing.”
