Profession to celebrate conveyancing superheroes

The unsung superheroes of conveyancing will be celebrated and recognised at The British Conveyancing Awards 2023, sponsored by Groundsure, in just two weeks’ time.

On Tuesday 21st March, the awards will be hosted as a hybrid event with an in-person ceremony at 8 Northumberland Avenue in London simultaneously live streamed via The British Conveyancing Awards website. The theme for the evening is conveyancing superheroes as the community comes together to recognise the incredible work of the profession in helping people no matter what their situation; whether it’s the excitement of moving into their dream home or the agony of selling a family home as a result of a bereavement.

A limited number of tickets are still available, you can still book your ticket here. If you are unable to join the in-person event, you can follow the live stream. CLICK HERE to register your free live stream ticket.

A record number of submissions across 21 categories have been whittled down with the winners announced live on the night. One of the most eagerly anticipated categories is The Today’s Conveyancer Industry Champion (sponsored by Minerva). The award was introduced in 2022 to recognise an individual who had played their part in shaping the industry and was entirely nominated and voted for by the conveyancing industry. This year is no different with over 1000 unique votes cast and the winner will pick up their prize on 21st March.

The shortlist for The British Conveyancing Awards can be reviewed in full here.

The British Conveyancing Awards are proud to be associated with the Conveyancing Foundation. In 2022 the evening raised over £5000 for good causes and this year the Foundation will be raising money for their Conveyancing Earthquake Appeal in aid of those affected by the devastating earthquake in Turkey and Syria.

The unique format of the awards has won plaudits from attendees as alongside the celebrations, there are extensive networking opportunities throughout the evening, facilitated by Networking Sponsors Taylor Rose MW. The evening begins with a short pre-awards drink before launching into the Awards Ceremony from 5pm. Following the ceremony dinner guests will attend the Networking Reception (sponsored by Taylor Rose MW) before a 3 course dinner and evening after party until 1am.

Whether you’re attending in person, or following online, you can share in The British Conveyancing Awards 2023 by using #BCAwards2023 on socials.
