Manchester-based PLS Solicitors has announced it has launched offices in the North East and South East of England to capitalise on its growing market share in the regions. The offices add to the firm’s existing footprint in Manchester, Liverpool and London and represents a significant milestone in the firm’s continued growth and commitment to delivering unparalleled conveyancing services nationwide, says the firm.
PLS was founded 15 years ago and has since grown to offer a nationwide conveyancing service. It has over the past four years built a sizeable presence in the North East, claiming c. 15% market share which has inspired the decision to launch an office in the region.
“We love working in the North East and engaging with the incredible communities here. With a 15% market share, having a local presence is a natural next step for us.”
said Rob Thomas, a director at PLS, adding the expansion is part of PLS’s ‘ambitious vision’ to establish offices in all major regions of the UK within the next two years.
The firm says the government’s commitment to new housing targets and ‘ongoing regeneration particularly in the North East’ has in part driven the move. The South East is expected to be a hot-bed of housing activity, and a move into the area reflects PLS’ strategy to serve regions with dynamic housing markets and high client demand.
The move is also driven by a desire to maintain a personal touch adds Thomas.
“Our clients value the efficiency of our technology, but they also appreciate the accessibility of a local firm. By establishing a physical presence in two new regions, we’re bridging the gap between cutting-edge technology and the reassurance of face-to-face interactions.”
And the firm will look to recruit locally too.
“In all our locations, we actively support the local community, and we’ll continue this tradition in the Northeast and Southeast. We’re also on the lookout for the brightest local talent to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals seeking career progression in a dynamic and supportive environment.”
Reflecting on the expansion and plans for the future Thomas concludes
“From our beginnings 15 years ago, we’ve grown into a nationwide firm that remains deeply connected to our clients and communities. Expanding the firm with these two new offices is a dream come true and aligns with our long-term vision to be the leading conveyancing provider in the UK.”
