PEXA: November update

Enhanced features

Last month marked the release of a major update that enhances the experiences for all our users – with specific advancements tailored for our lender audience. We’ve expanded our capabilities to fully accommodate Limited Company borrower applications, complete with enhanced title validation and new settlement processing functionalities.

Paula Dyson, Senior Implementation Manager, Shawbrook Bank said “The inclusion of Limited Company borrower applications marks a significant step forward in improving the remortgaging process. We’re thrilled to collaborate with PEXA once more. It showcases our commitment to combining the best technology with expert human insight ensuring our customers receive an exceptional ‘best of both’ experience.”.

Additionally, updating borrower names on titles is now more efficient than ever through our integration with HM Land Registry. We are continuing to develop the remortgaging process via our platform, based on all feedback received from lenders and law firms.

We’re always keen to hear your thoughts and are dedicated to improving the experience for all. If you’re interested in feedback opportunities or to discuss what would assist your organisation, get in touch with us here and one of our team will be in touch.

Events

We’ve had a busy month of events, starting with sponsors of the Law Society’s annual Property Law Conference in London. It was a great day with a particular highlight of Matt Ellis, our Chief Risk Officer and People Experience Lead joining in a panel discussion on ‘Retention of Staff in Residential Conveyancing’. This has been a huge concern within the profession for some time and some great insights were shared.

Following on from this, we attended a brilliant three days at the Sopra Summit in Paris. There was a lot of enthusiasm in working together to help transform the UK’s most pressing property and financial services challenge.

Finally, we were part of the UK Finance Digital Innovation Summit where Krystle Kocik, our Chief Product and Experience Officer took part in a panel discussion “Transformation and Innovation in the Mortgage Market”, where insights were shared into how innovations in technology will ‘drive forward the future of finance’ in the property market.
