Welcome to 2023
We hope you enjoyed the festive period and are looking forward to the year ahead! It’s shaping up to be an eventful one, with UK Finance predicting an uplift in remortgaging activity. We’ve hit the ground running and are excited to share everything we have in store for the early part of 2023.
What’s coming up
In addition to the new features mentioned in our December email update, in Q1 we’ll also update our requisitions feature. This will provide our law firm customers the ability to respond through our platform to a requisition raised by HMLR, rather than doing so outside of PEXA.
We’re also going to be introducing task management, which will provide guidance within Workspaces for which actions need to taken, and by who. Outstanding tasks are automatically recognised by PEXA and given priority to users, and we’ll also make tasks outstanding with other users visible to all participants, making it easy to see what needs to be done to ready a Workspace.
Supporting the conveyancing industry
PEXA is proud to be an affiliate member of the Conveyancing Association, and the team and I are looking forward to attending their flagship annual event in London next month, which is focused on the future of the conveyancing experience. We’ll be exhibiting, and I’m delighted to be participating in a panel session as well – we’d love to see you there.
We’re also supporting National Conveyancing Week in March, a joint effort by Bold Legal Group and Today’s Conveyancer designed to enhance awareness in the community of the conveyancing process – uplifting the profile of conveyancers in doing so. Lasting change requires an all-of-industry approach, which is why we’re thrilled to support this initiative.
