Payne Hicks Beach announces the three new Partners in key roles across Private Client and Property as 2024 comes to a close.
Peter Lamb, who joined the Property team as a Partner earlier this year, has with expertise in commercial property law. Mr Lamb has worked on a broad range of transactions for major organisations, entrepreneurs and individuals and covers various aspects of commercial property law.
Another new addition to the partnership is Phineas Hirsch, who joins the Private Client department – adding his ‘international expertise’ to the team of on-shore and off-shore tax and estate planning experts at Payne Hicks Beach. Being fluent in French and Spanish, Phineas has developed experience working closely with a network of local advisors in Continental Europe in dealing with foreign assets and estates.
The Management Board at Payne Hicks Beach say they are also pleased to announce the promotion of Rupert Burchett to head the rural property team. At a time critical to the changing tax landscape for farmers, Rupert will assist in advising clients on all aspects of rural property.
