Since NHBC launched Manage Buildmark Acceptance (MBA) in November 2012, of the policies which have been registered and accepted, 95% have been completed online.
The MBA system allows conveyancers and builders to easily manage the acceptance of Buildmark process. There are no paper acceptance packs to store or send anymore, and Policy Numbers and Activation Codes can be accessed whenever they are required. You can also access NHBC documents via your accounts.
Feedback already received suggests that managing Buildmark acceptance through the new online system has never been so easy. However we would like to hear from more users as to how they find the system, helping us to adapt and enhance the system in the future.
