O'Neill Patient prove to be “top dog”

Conveyancing Alliance Ltd, a conveyancing specialist providing an online portal for estate agents and mortgage advisers, have recently carried out a survey based on the quality of service given by the 11 panel solicitors.  Both mortgage advisers and estate agents were asked to rate the firms based on communication levels, speed of delivery and, most importantly, client feedback.
Stockport based O’Neill Patient topped the survey with a very healthy 99% satisfaction rating from the mortgage advisers for purchase transactions, nudging London based firm GTC Law into second, whilst estate agents awarded their top marks to Shoosmiths.
O’Neill Patient also managed to make top spot for remortgages, sharing the accolade with Ramsdens Solicitors, who are based in Huddersfield.
Harpal Singh, Managing Director of Conveyancing Alliance Ltd, commented:
“We wanted to gauge the level of service that was being provided and the satisfaction, or otherwise, our users felt with the individual solicitor firms on our panel.”
"We were pleased to find positive ratings for all our solicitor partners however some firms achieved a particularly strong response. In particular O’Neill Patient were clearly the advisers’ favourite and they should be proud to have achieved a 99% satisfaction rating for the service they deliver.”
"We carry out a regular review of service standards amongst our panel firms as we seek to maintain the top quality offering we are able to provide all users of the Conveyancing Alliance portal.”
Sue Brown at O’Neill Patient said:
" we are delighted to come out top on a survey of this nature. The quality of our customer service is paramount to us and it is a great comfort to see evidence in black and white that we are on the right track"
