One Mortgage System integrates Optimus conveyancing services into platform

Optimus – the conveyancing panel management specialist for mortgage brokers, lenders, estate agents and introducers – has today announced that One Mortgage System (OMS) has selected Optimus as its conveyancing panel management partner.

OMS will integrate with the Optimus conveyancing panel service to enable users to efficiently access conveyancing quotes and provide the option to instruct a highly rated, performance-managed conveyancing firm, within the OMS case management platform.

The integration with Optimus will remove the need for users to manually obtain conveyancing quotes or rekey any data, and instead it will become part of the OMS workflow. All property law firms on Optimus’ panel have been selected based on strict criteria, which includes service level agreements (SLAs) to provide a quality, reliable and fully transparent experience.

Neal Jannels, Managing Director, One Mortgage System (OMS), said:

“We are continually looking at ways to enhance the OMS platform with beneficial integrations, and our partnership with Optimus is an exciting update. Integrating the conveyancing panel management service not only simplifies the process of accessing quotes and legal services for our users, but we have assurances over the service levels, pricing and quality of services that our customers will receive.”

Alan Young, managing director at Optimus, said:

“The OMS case management system delivers real efficiencies to mortgage intermediaries, and the integration of conveyancing legal services was the missing link. We are therefore delighted to work with OMS as its conveyancing panel management partner of choice to help users access high quality conveyancing services from within the centralised platform, for a streamlined and seamless way of working.”
