The Transaction Data indicates that in November, 1,644,000 customer applications were completed by Land Registry.
- For regional applications, the South East came top with 379,349
- For local authority area applications, Birmingham came top with 24,922
From the total applications completed, 1,618,718 were from account customers, of which:
- 381,900 were applications in respect of registered land
- 761,333 were applications to obtain an official copy of a register or title plan
- 224,057 were searches
- 79,359 were transactions for value
